RETURNS POLICY: PRINTS, STRETCHED CANVAS & FRAMED PRINTS AND CANVAS

Half Priced Art works with various printing partners to fulfill orders as they come in.  Once submitted, orders are considered final and nonrefundable. Product availability is subject to the manufacturer. While we use high quality inks and papers, you acknowledge that color ink used in prints may fade or discolor due to various factors. Half Priced Art is not liable for claims related to fading or discoloration.

For damaged items, contact us with photos within provided guidelines. Sales, promotional, and discount codes are not applicable to previous orders.

TAXES

Half Priced Art will collect sales tax on orders in accordance with applicable laws.

FEES

Payments for products are due in full at the time of purchase. Half Priced Art reserves the right to restrict access to purchased products if payments are not made as required.

Half Priced Art reserves the right to terminate your access to the Website for violations of these terms or disruptive behavior.
